As the global hiatus with regard to school closure, comes to a close, regulators and educators are considering reopening of schools across the country by the end of FY2020-21. The decision to resume school activities comes after months of inconsistent classroom delivery and sub par online learning experiences for students. This monograph, represents the parental sentiment with regard to the recommencement of schooling activities and discusses their reservations and apprehensions with the decision of the government. The results were collected through a qualitative survey of a non-representative sample of parents. The findings were examined and weighed against similar incidents of reopening of schooling and its consequences worldwide.
